Great Chair
Quick and easy to assemble, cushions my *** very good, my back is feeling a lot better now that it's properly supported.

Amazing
I love this chair! Its very comfy and love the support it gives my back.
Love this Comfy Gaming Chair!
Decided to upgrade from my old, really old, chair that I had for the last 10 years and this chair does not disappoint!Comes disassembled and it took me about 49 minutes to get it fully assembled. I was able to build it myself with relative ease. The instructions are done IKEA style and they’re not hard to follow but just beware. Only takes 1 Allen wrench and it comes with some really flimsy cloth white gloves (which I don’t feel that they needed) to protect the surface of the chair. The quality of the fabric and fill is top notch and after using it for a week, for 2-4 hours a day, didn’t notice any depressions in the seat. The head rest and lumbar support are extra firm (which I like) and provide more than adequate support. The lumbar supports can be moved up and down the back to better support your back based on individual needs, a nice touch! The chair comes with elevation adjustment, locking recline handle and another handle that allowed to adjust the back support to your desired “home setting.” The arm rests are 360° and move nicely to accommodate numerous elbow positions and I didn’t notice any elbow fatigue when I was using the chair.Lastly the box included a hat and mouse pad which was a nice touch. Mouse pad is extra large and (as the box says) designed for a gaming mouse. For never owning a true gaming chair, this has completely blown me away, I’ll never sit another boring office chair again!

Perfect
Love the chair. Even better than my previous Arozzi chair.
Comfort Meets Quality!
The Arrozi Vernazza chair is a very comfortable and well built chair. It arrived at my doorstep safely and seemed to be packaged well to protect the chair and fabric during shipping. When I popped the box open, I found it did require a small amount of assembly, as I expected. The assembly process was quick and easy and the included instructions were simple and straightforward. Plan on having a helper as this chair is well constructed and is a little heavy to lug around by ones self. Once constructed, the chair has a very nice look and feel. The lumbar support is nice, as well as the head and neck support. The amount of adjustability you can with this chair is impressive. It will recline flat back which was both surprising and impressive. I've been using the chair for 3-4 hours per day for the last week now and I can say I am very happy with it. After spending a good amount of time sitting in it, I don't feel sore once I stand up. That is enough to tell me that it is a supportive chair for me and my body type. For reference, I am 6ft tall and 205lb. If you're in the market for a great chair, I would not hesitate to purchase this unit! As a bonus, It came with a nice hat and mouse pad as well!
Premium comfort and support, tailored to you
When I opened the box the first time, it smelled like a brand new car interior, not a desk chair. When I removed the chair, I noticed that the build quality is superb, and it feels like new car interior. Heavy and sturdy, but nice and soft with great contours. I have a home office, my kids have gaming/office chairs in their rooms as well, and I could tell right away that the Vernazza was going to be a hit. It just feels more premium than other of the other chairs we have in the house.Setup was very simple. You just assemble the casters to the bottom frame and the seat back to the bottom cushion piece, which already has the arm rests installed. Attach the chair to the casters base with the gas shock riser component and you’re done. The bolts high quality, I noticed no slipping or warping when tightening. They supply a good quality allen wrench but if you have a nice screwdriver with allen wrench bits, I would suggest the latter. You can assemble with one person, but if you have a second person around to just help align/balance some spots, you can save about 5 minutes. All in all it was super easy to get the chair ready for use. The only pieces I didn’t find as premium as the rest of the chair were the two snap on plastic covers for the seatback screws. They cover the bolts that hold the seatback to the chair bottom. These are flimsy plastic and did not want to snap into place no matter what I tried. I finally got them on, and so far they haven’t fallen off, but they don’t have my confidence. The rest of the chair and its assembly, is highly premium.Using the chair for a few days now, I really love it. I’m coming from a more traditional office chair, made with leather. The Vernazza is a whole new sitting experience for me. The range of seating positions you can have in this chair is almost endless. The seatback can align straight up at 90 degrees, or lay down to almost a flat position of 180 degrees. You have a lever on the right hand side that allows you to lock in the angle at any point you want. So whether you want to sit upright and draft emails or get engaged in some high energy gaming, or sit back and watch a video or take a conference call, this chair has you covered. And that’s not even using the recline feature. I was actually amazed how far back the chair lets you recline. So much so that I usually need to grab my desk to pull myself back up. But it never feels off balance or anything. It always feels super sturdy and balanced. The arm rests are adjustable and can raise up and down about 6 inches or so, and they can adjust to three different angles horizontally – pitched outward, straight and pitched inward, and telescope in and out. So no matter how you like to rest your arms, you can. The riser is exceptional also, you can raise the chair much higher than expected, and it can sit very low, making it super easy to push under desks when not in use. It’s also great no matter your height. I’m 6’2 and the chair easily offers the perfect height adjustment for me, at my desk, and the bottom cushion is nice and generous in size so my legs feel fully supported almost to my knees. I also love the headrest, super soft and comfortable but it can be adjusted or removed if you want. And because the chair is made with premium fabric, I’ve not once become too hot sitting in it for long periods of time. The fabric and the plush cushioning seem to dissipate heat away from you, which I appreciate. The only things about the chair I don’t absolutely love right now, are the bottom seat cushion itself and the lumbar support. Both to me are too firm. The lumbar support for me would be amazing if it was similar to the headrest in terms of softness. Some people might need extra firm lumbar support, but not me. The seat cushion is so generous in size and thickness, that I wished they just made it a little bit softer. Now it might break in over time, we’ll see. But for now, the firmness is something that I notice when sitting for hours at a time, I get some lower body fatigue set in. I can also appreciate the firmness due to longevity of the chair, you’d hate to have a chair break down quickly at this price point, and the cushion firmness could be to ensure the life of the chair, and maybe it’s something I’ll get used to.This chair is amazing, both in build quality and usability.
Great support and very comfortable
The Arozzi - Vernazza is a solid chair for those long hours of sitting. I work from home and sit in a chair for 8+ hours a day and this chair has all the nice features and support to help maintain a good posture. The soft fabric has a nice feel to it. Arrived with that new car smell. Although it may not be as stain resistant as a leather or PU material, I am thinking it will have greater longevity then the PU material. Adjustable back and neck support to accommodate different heights. The seating area and back has nice soft cushioning. Underneath and behind the cushions you see a flexible webbing, that gives the chair extra support and comfort. As for adjustability, the arm rest move up and down to accommodate different heights as well as ability to rotate in and out and slide forward and back to get the optimal position for the user. You have your standard up and down lever. A turn dial to adjust the rockability. A nice feature along with the rockability is a lever lock and unlock this ability. Its nice not having to dial it each time you want to have the rocking ability or not. The base is solid steel and is positioned well for balance. I was a little concerned with ability to be able to lean your chair back to almost flat that the chair would tip over, but surprisingly it kept me up. The only cons I see with this chair is some of the plastic parts used seem a bit cheap. The cover for the cylinder came cracked and when installing on the chair, other parts of this cover cracked. It's cheap to replace, however kind of a bummer. There are also plastic covers on the side oft chair to cover up the metal connectors, kind of cheapens the overall look, I just hope they stay put and don't crack. Oh, and not to forget about the added swag that comes with the chair. Comes with a cool looking hat and a gaming mouse pad. Overall, great chair and would recommend for those who need comfort for long periods of time.
Great for gaming, not so much for office
I’ve enjoyed this new chair for about a week now, using it for the office & gaming/lounging. My conclusion is, it’s best for gaming & relaxing, but not for the office. It’s quite comfortable when I’m in a relaxed situation where I can tilt back & utilize the high backrest and its comfy lumbar & neck cushions. However, when I’m sitting completely upright at a desk so that I can type & use my mouse for long periods of time, it’s not that comfortable.Features I liked most about the chair:- Assembly: Instructions are clear & simple. Everything is in the box … even down to the white gloves (nice touch) to be used during assembly. No additional tools are needed. The bolts & washers are already in place on the chair, so there’s no need to worry about where to insert them or if there’s any missing hardware from an assembly kit baggie.- Color: The dark grey fabric looks sharp with the matte black arm rests & wheel base. The silver logo & stitching give it a stylish finish. The chair fits well with my home office décor as well as my more casual gaming/TV room.- Adjustable Backrest: This may be its best feature. I can kick back for a 5-min. power nap to recharge after lunch or I can lean back just a little and put my feet up while gaming or watching a movie.- The Seat: It’s roomy & firm although I would prefer a tad more cushion. The form raises up on the sides which gives you a snug feeling.- Additional Features: The Vernazza has all the options you’d want in a premium chair, including easy-adjustable arm rests, adjustable height with a smooth gas lift, a rocking function (with lock), an adjustable lumbar pillow & a removable cervical pillow.Features I didn’t care for:- The plastic covers at the base of the backrest & on the seat don’t lock in place very well. They’re secured with flexible plastic bolts that easily bend & lose their ability to stay secure.- The arm rests are smooth & flat but a little too firm. - If you have long hair & wear it up in a clip or ponytail, the high backrest may not be comfortable for you. My wife noticed that immediately when she used it for the day.Overall, this is a comfortable chair that includes all the functionality & options you’d need for a long session. It’s my new favorite gaming/movie chair, but I’ll stick with my older task chair for my office work.
