Is the mousepad included?

Absolutely! Every desk comes with a full-surface mousepad.

How do I clean the mousepad?

The mousepad is built to resist stains and spills, but to keep it fresh, we recommend wiping it down with water occasionally. Need a deeper clean? You can machine wash it! Just use a small amount of detergent on a gentle or handwash cycle at no more than 30°C.

Do you sell extra mousepads for the desks?

Yes, we do! You can easily order replacement mousepads for our desks here.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in McKinney, Texas.

How long does delivery take and what is the cost?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via FedEx. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and seasonal demand.

Delivery is free within the Continental United States. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other locations outside the Continental US, additional shipping fees may apply and are calculated per item at checkout.

What is your warranty policy?

All products purchased on or after September 1, 2026, are covered by a 3-year warranty. Products purchased before this date are covered by a 2-year warranty, except for monitors, which always have a 3-year warranty. You can find more information here: Warranty and Returns.

The right motor doesn't work after some months...

The right motor doesn't work after some months. It just gets unstable and tilts alot after i have lift it up to 85 and above...

Excellent

The desk really worth the price, it is really large, really sturdy and even if the cable management system could be a little better, it's pretty usefull and covers a large area.
The mousepad is beautiful and easy to clean

And the customer service is the best i ever had (yes weird to say i know but i'm the first surprised to say that)

and give the person who designed the assembly instructions a raise. You know that's deserved

Robustness, Style & Sobriety

I am satisfied with this desk. The assembly was quite easy, but requires taking your time so as not to make any assembly errors. The manual is rather clear, even if it sometimes lacks details in the illustrations.
The desk is sober and its shape gives it a lot of style. The motorization adds immense comfort to working standing up and changing position regularly.
I take off a star for the lack of stability caused by the play in the axles, which makes the board oscillate back and forth. The noise of the motors is not disturbing, but they are not the quietest.

Excellent desk

Only 3 things, the mat for screens support ll be destroy / the system for keeping the cables with mesh fabric can really be better and the memory buttons are not automatic wich is tipy but overall excellent product !

Der Aufbau war in Ordnung, machbar als einzelne Person. An sich wirkt der Tisch sehr stabil und der Platz ist auch sehr überzeugend. Das hoch und runter fahren des Tisches klappt einwandfrei. Der einzige Grund warum wir nur 4 Sterne geben anstatt 5 ist weil uns aufgefallen ist das der Tisch ziemlich wackelig ist aber nur auf der Höchsten Einstellung wenn er auf 1 oder 2 eingestellt ist wackelt er nicht. Beim Aufbau sind uns auch Produktionsfehler aufgefallen eine Delle auf der unteren Tischplatte und eine auf der oberen Tischplatte die wurden kaschiert mit der Farbe, ist uns dennoch aufgefallen. Das logo auf beiden Seiten wirkt ziemlich günstig im Gegensatz zum Rest vom Tisch es besteht aus Plastik und man hat das Gefühl das es jeden Augenblick kaputt gehen könnte wenn man da aus Versehen hängen bleibt beim Aufbau. Bei den Preis von 599€ hätte wir uns das Logo auf beiden Seiten aus Metall vorgestellt! Das sind unsere einzigen Mängel ansonsten ist der Tisch perfekt und macht was er soll. Zwei Monitore ein pc tower zwei Konsolen stehen sicher drauf beim hoch und runter fahren des Tisches. Daher eine klare Kaufempfehlung.
