Ergonomic Design
Arozzi’s signature ergonomic design makes using this chair easier on your back and posture for longer periods of use. The Arozzi Primo comes with an adjustable internal lumbar support which is controlled by a knob on the side of the backrest, as well as a completely new type of neck pillow which is more supportive and ergonomic.

Aluminum Base
The Primo has a wheel base made out of aluminum, making it extremely durable but also giving it a clean and metallic look.
Improved Foam
The Arozzi Primo has a new and improved molded foam mix. It will give you extreme comfort and great support. Built to achieve a firmness that is beneficial for your posture, and a durability that is unmatched.
Woven Fabric Material
The premium woven fabric material is of the highest quality upholstery fabric with a soft, smooth finish! The Primo’s frame is padded with a pliant foam that has density of 70 kg/m³ for the seat and 65 kg/m³ for the backrest so you can sink into the seat in comfort and provide hours of proper support.
Adjustable Height
You can adjust the height of the seat using the handle. Find the perfect position for you!
Adjustable Backrest
Working hard and need a rest? Recline the backrest at 4° lockable increments. Find the right angle for you that compliments your body and posture.
Rocking Function
The chair can be locked in a fixed upright position or can be unlocked to freely tilt back and forth in a rocking motion up to 12°. Use the adjustment wheel to set the desired resistance.
Lock-Tilt Function
Like your chair leaned back a few degrees? The locking tilt function allows you to not only rock back the seat & backrest but also lock it in a position that fits you.
4D Armrests
The armrests are adjustable in 4 dimensions, moving with an easy push of a few buttons. With the increased adjustability, your forearms and elbows get the support and comfort while you are working or playing hard during long periods.

Got this chair yesterday. Shipping was fast, 4 days from order to I got it. Easy to put together, soft nice fabric, solid chair and I love the built in lumbar support in the chair. A big chair that fit for ( I guess people from 170cm and up ). From what I have seen Secret Labs Titan 2020 model is same. So This is one of the best gaming chairs to get. Office chairs are a notch up !! But they are also very much more expensive. This chair is very close to office chairs, and quality seem superb. Arozzis flagship meet all my requirements and Im very satisfied. Easy 5 stars for Arrozi Primo Woven Fabric gaming chair.

it's a good chair, I've had it for 2 years. 2 years of really intensive use, 7/7 days around 3 to 10 hours per day. The seat is always well held, it took me about 2 weeks to get used to the seat foam (70kg/m³). The whole chair functions still works very well. the only small flaw comes from the armrests, they should allow to be closer to the seat. I have had a few issues but customer service was quick to respond and send the parts to be replaced in waranty. Huge thanks to Arozzi team.

I first bought a noblechair Hero TX Fabric and ... well ... that chair was the most **** thing I ever bought! No joke. The chair arrived with deep scratches in the armrest and after 2 days using it creaked like ****. So I returned it and got a new one ... after one month the same thing (the new chair also arrived with deep scratches in the armrest :) ). Anyway I than bought an Arozzi because of the look and that it has also a fabric and not leather. And this chair is sooo much more comfi than the noblechair. I highly recommend buying an Arozzi and NEVER buy a noblechair. Such a ****.

I bought one because the last chair I had from another brand turned out to be bad, so I thought i'd go for real quality this time and buy an expensive premium chair... but when I got the chair, the screwholes for the backseat were all wrong. They had ******* one whole so badly it was ******* into the fabric even instead of the hard part it should be ******* into and then it looked like someone had teared or burned off the clothing to somehow make that screwhole fit anyway. The others were not inline and thus impossible to screw in. I know this is the factory's fault and not Arozzi per se, but for this kind of money this is unexcuseable. If they make such mistakes in quality control, then you wonder what other mistakes the factory are also making. Overall not superimpressed by the quality, ******** together the chair was pretty easy, but some screws didn't had perfect fit holes, like with the covers for the screws and the manual (while it easy to just guess) didn't describe all the moments or which screws to use to what. However, sitting in it it feels like a nice chair, the lumbar support feels really good. But the armwrests also tilts outwards a bit, not sure if this is by design or not, but iit's a bit bother some to me. t I sent this issue directly to Arozzi though and they helped me directly sending a new backseat.. so good support. But it still is a hassle for me, because I had to have the box stand here for several days.. I have to be home to accept a new package.. I have to send the old package back , then the service who were suppose to bring back the package didn't do that so nown I have to call them and make a new return and be home for that etc.. So I would not order again. Pretty dumb to ruin your repution over bad quality control. Do not call it premium or set a high price if it isn't.

ESExcellent product, but not as good product condition
The product is a master piece, but when I was "assembling" the chair, I saw that the zipper that covers the inside of the chair was badly open on the left down corner and I couldn't close it, so I had to file down the corner Customer support was great

The item is very good - I hope that it will last many years. Arozzi should improve the booklet with instructions (at least specify to use blue screws for the mechanism...).
